It is recommended to take it twice daily, at least 12 hours apart, in the morning and evening. Prior to doling out each dose, give the container a good shake for fifteen seconds. Be sure to use a precise measuring spoon or equipment to get the correct dosage. If you want to make sure you obtain the right dose, don't use a regular spoon. The suspension's contents should not be chewed. The suspension could block feeding tubes, therefore it's best to avoid using them.
