  4. How do I contact you?



  1. If I find a book on your site, does that mean it's currently in stock at your store?
    • In short, no. This website lists hundreds of thousands of titles that are available to order and pre-order through us. 
    • If your order is time sensitive, please call us at (847)498-4999 to confirm availability of the book; this is the quickest path to the info you need.
  2. I received a confirmation e-mail. Does this mean that my order is ready to be picked up or has been shipped?
    • Not yet (:  This initial confirmation is automated, and it just means that we've received your order, for which we thank you! 
    • First, you will be receive an email explaining how quickly we expect your book at the store if we do not have it in hand, and then we will contact you again when your order has shipped out or is ready to be picked up.
  3. When will I get my book(s)?
    • For book orders we have in stock, we strive to ship them out within 2 business days, and the delivery time depends on the method of shipping selected.
    • For book orders that we'll need to order, we will provide an estimated date of receipt based on our expectations from our warehouses (sometimes delays out of our control do occur).
  4. What if I need to return something?
    • Please review our return policies and contact us with any further questions.
  5. What forms of payment do you accept?
    •  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express for orders through the website and Curbside Pick-ups, as well as Cash/Check if you're picking books up in store.
    •  PayPal is a possible form of payment, but we do not encourage or prefer it.
  6. How can I check the status of my order?
    • Log in, select 'My Account' and Orders' a list of all orders and their current status is provided.
