There are three roles for the Community Health Service: to provide services for health prevention; to communicate with the local government, particularly regarding public health issues; public health is the art and science of preventing disease, extending life, and promoting physical and mental health. It also includes the organization of health services, sanitation, personal hygiene, and the control of infectious diseases.
