About the Author


Seth J. Gillihan, PhD, is a licensed psychologist, podcast host, and creator of the Think Act Be online school. He specializes in evidence-based mindful CBT for depression, anxiety, OCD, insomnia, and related conditions. Seth is the best-selling author of several books; he has also co-authored over forty book chapters and peer-reviewed research articles and has presented his research nationally and internationally. Seth served on the faculty in the psychiatry department at the University of Pennsylvania and taught full-time in the psychology department at Haverford College. He lives near Philadelphia with his wife and three kids.
