I have told my story in the context of the many transitions I have faced - some happy others unwanted. But always trying to approach life with hope and optimism. My story is not a survival story. Rather it illustrates the importance of early decisions. But just as important in my development of a Transition Theory which explains how to understand and massage your transitions. The book includes my story, columns I wrote for the magazine Better Living. (now out of print) and a summary of the transition theory in the hopes of taking the mystery if not the misery out of change.
